COMMUNITY EDUCATION

The Kidney Foundation of Ohio believes that education is the key to living with the changes kidney disease causes in an individual’s life. The more that is understood about the physical, emotional and mental adjustments necessary to cope with End Stage Renal Disease, the easier it will be to comply with the strict regimen needed to continue dialysis or to maintain a transplanted organ. The Kidney Foundation of Ohio is constantly evaluating programs to address the changing needs in the renal community.

Speaking Engagements and Health Fairs
Speakers are available for presentations at schools, civic groups and businesses on a variety of different topics. Representatives are also available for health fair and community events. Education sessions are offered free of charge.
